My Story
I didn’t set out to be a coach. For years, I did everything “right”. The career, the family, the checklists. On the outside, life looked full. But inside, something was missing-a feeling I couldn’t name. I had to find my passion with a purpose.
I began to question, explore, and listen-really listen to my heart and spirit.
I started allowing myself to want more, not more stuff, but More Presence, More Peace, More Purpose.
Through this journey, I found healing in small, soulful habits. I began to redesign my days to reflect what truly mattered. And as I transformed, people noticed. I realized that I wasn’t redesigning my own life, I was being called to help others do the same.
Now as a Certified Health and Life Coach, I support individuals reconnect with themselves, rewrite their rhythms, and step into their lives that feel aligned. It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence. And it’s a path I’m honored to walk side by side, with those ready to rise.
