Welcome to MindBodySoulCoach. By accessing or using this website, booking coaching sessions, or purchasing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 1. Coaching Services MindBodySoulCoach provides virtual and in-person (if applicable) health and life coaching services designed to support wellness, personal growth, and stress relief. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

 2. No Medical Advice All content and services are for educational and informational purposes only. MindBodySoulCoach does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine.

 3. Appointments & Cancellations - Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.

 4. Payment Terms All coaching services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include [e.g. PayPal, Zelle]. No refunds are issued for completed sessions. 

5. Confidentiality All personal information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others).

 6. Intellectual Property All content on this website—including text, graphics, worksheets, videos, and programs— is the intellectual property of MindBodySoulCoach and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 7. User Conduct You agree to use this site respectfully and not to engage in any behavior that disrupts the services or community.

 8. Limitation of Liability MindBodySoulCoach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or the website. Coaching results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
